TEXT ORDER: The Court having received the September 11, 2026 letter request [ECF No. 167] submitted by David J. Bloch, Esquire, counsel for Defendants/Third-Party Plaintiffs Brooks and Kristen Cass; providing an update on the parties' progress in resolving this matter and seeking to adjourn the upcoming hearing to confirm the terms of the settlement in light of the complexities inherently involved; it is hereby ORDERED that the September 16, 2026 hearing is ADJOURNED pending further notice. Counsel shall promptly write the Court when the matter is ready to proceed.
