TEXT ORDER: The Court having held a settlement conference on June 23, 2026; it is hereby ORDERED that by July 6, 2026, Plaintiffs' counsel shall submit a joint status report advising whether the parties' settlement agreement has been finalized. A follow-up conference is scheduled for July 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and will occur via Microsoft Teams. All counsel are required to attend this conference. All individual parties are also required to attend. This includes Plaintiffs Brendan and Sarah Butler, Defendants Brooks and Kristen Cass, and pro se Defendant William McFetridge. The Teams invitation will be sent to all parties. The conference will either serve to place the settlement on the record, or alternatively, to update case management deadlines.
