ORDER: granting 72 Motion for Disbursement of Funds. 1) the clerk is directed to disburse to plas the $200,000. paid to the Registry of this County as follows: 50% to Jeremy Blevins and 50% to Nancy McDaniel; 2) the clerk is directed to make the disbursements by separate checks in care of the Plas counsel at: John F. Estill, Fox, Wood, Wood & Estill, 24 West Third Street,Maysville, KY 41056; 3) Prior to the disbursement the clerk shall deduct a Registry Fee up to 10% of the interest earned for (adjusted to 7.5% for the next five years, 5% for the next five years, and no less than 2% thereafter). In addition to the aforementioned fees and pursuant to the Court's Miscellaneous Fee Schedule, a fee at a rate of2.5 basis points shall be assessed from interest earnings for management of registry funds invested through the Court Registry Investment System.
