NOTICE of Change of Hearing: The parties filed a Notice of Settlement (ECF No. 5), indicating that they anticipate filing dismissal papers within 60 days. Accordingly, the Court VACATES the hearings and deadlines set in ECF No. 4, including the pre-ENE calls with counsel scheduled for September 10, 2026, and the ENE/CMC scheduled for September 14, 2026. The Court SETS a Settlement Disposition Conference ("SDC") for November 9, 2026, at 2:30 PM before Magistrate Judge Brian J. White. The SDC will be taken off calendar if the parties file dismissal papers with the assigned U.S. District Judge on or before November 4, 2026.
