(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER STAYING ACTION PENDING FINAL SETTLEMENT AND REMOVING CASE FROM ACTIVE CASELOAD by Judge David O. Carter: The Court, having been advised that the remaining parties have settled 14 , ORDERS all proceedings in this case STAYED and TAKEN OFF CALENDAR. This case is hereby REMOVED from the Court's active caseload. The parties shall file a notice of voluntary dismissal or stipulation of dismissal in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1) no later than 30 days from the date of this Order. If no dismissal is filed, the Court shall deem the matter dismissed at that time. The Court retains jurisdiction to vacate this Order and reopen the case upon a written showing of good cause that the settlement has not been completed.
