The Court has become aware that its 04/27/2026 Minute Order (ECF No. 229) did not provide deadlines for dispositive motions or the joint pretrial order. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that:
(1) Dispositive Motions shall be filed by no later than September 11, 2026.
(2) The Joint Pretrial Order shall be filed by no later than October 12, 2026. If dispositive motions are filed, the deadline for filing the joint pretrial order will be suspended until 30 days after decision on the dispositive motions or further court order. The disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3) and any objections to them must be included in the joint pretrial order.
