REVISED JOINT REPORT OF RULE 26(f) MEETING AND CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN granting 81 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f), counsel for the parties spoke on January 23, 2026 and exchanged communications thereafter, and submit the following joint report of their meeting for the court's consideration: All fact discovery must be completed by November 2, 2026. Depositions shall be completed by November 2, 2026 and limited to no more than 10 depositions per side without leave of court and provided that each Rule 30(b)(6) deposition shall count as a single deposition for purposes of this limit. Expert discovery shall be completed by December 15, 2026. The parties anticipate that this case will be ready for trial by February 18, 2027. The parties anticipate that the trial of this case will require 7-10 days. The parties do not consent to a trial before a Magistrate Judge at this time. The parties request a jury trial.
