TELEPHONE CONFERENCE SCHEDULING ORDER: Pursuant to the telephonic discovery conference (the "Conference") held today, July 28, 2026, in the three actions captioned above, the Court orders as follows: 1. Should the parties wish to order a copy of the Conference transcript, they may do so by using the annexed form. 2. By August 11, 2026, Plaintiff Darwin Jose Perez Minaya shall serve his initial disclosures pursuant to Rule 26(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 3. By August 11, 2026, any Plaintiff who has not already served their interrogatories pursuant to Rule 33.3(a) of the Local Rules of the Southern District of New York shall do so. 4. Another telephone conference to discuss the status of discovery is scheduled for September 16, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET on the Courts conference line.
