The Court addressed Rule 39(c) with counsel. Further, the Insurance policy dated 2019 is discussed with no objection a sealed copy of a page is provided to counsel. Court exhibit A and sealed.
The Court addressed the request for escalating sanctions due to failure to meet and confer prior or as required regarding pretrial documents. The Court finds that the meet and confer requirements were not met. Therefore, the Court grants the request for escalated sanctions in part. IT IS ORDERED that The Animal Foundation (TAF) must pay an additional $250.00 to the attorney admission fund.
The court made rulings and heard arguments of counsel regarding plaintiff's motion in limine ECF No. 512 and defense's motion in limine ECF No. 516 .
As stated on the record, the motion in limine ECF No. 512 is granted in part and denied in part. The court defers ruling as to defendant's motion in limine ECF No. 516 .
