TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' most recent joint letter, detailing their collective but unsuccessful efforts to find available dates to conduct the depositions of Defendants Jason Field, Joseph Santiago, Andrew Alas, Jasmere Epps, and Christian Ortiz. The parties are directed to immediately resume their meet and confer efforts to schedule these depositions and submit a joint letter on or before 8/10/26 confirming these deposition dates (and if necessary, consider scheduling the depositions on evenings or weekends). If the parties report that they remain unable to agree on dates for these depositions, they shall submit a proposed order for the Court to direct the specific dates and times of the depositions.
