All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). This case is to be tried to a jury. Amended Pleadings due by 9/24/2026. Deposition due by 2/1/2027. Fact Discovery due by 12/15/2026. Expert Discovery due by 2/1/2027. Pretrial Conference set for 12/15/2026 at 03:00 PM before Judge Jesse M. Furman. When prompted for an attendee ID number, press the pound (#) key again. Counsel for the parties have conferred, and the present best estimate of the length of trial is 3 to 4 days. Plaintiff's next status report, which is due on September 1, 2026 should indicate whether and when Plaintiff intends to move for alternative service and default judgment on the non-appearing Defendants. But as discussed, Plaintiff should hold off on moving for default judgment until the status of all Defendants has been settled - unless Plaintiff obtains leave of Court to move for default judgment as to only some Defendants. Additionally, the parties should note the date of the next pretrial conference on the previous page. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Jesse M. Furman on 7/29/2026) (ar)
