ORDER: The Court is in receipt of the parties' letter 39 regarding the status of discovery and requesting a 60-day extension of the discovery deadlines, and indicating that the parties are in agreement that no expert discovery is necessary. In light of the parties' representation that technical difficulties resulted in a delay of depositions, the parties have established good cause for a further extension of fact discovery. Depositions shall be completed on or before 6/15/2026, and all discovery shall be completed by 7/15/2026. The parties are directed to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 7/22/2026. The last date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 8/21/2026, and must be done in accordance with the Individual Rules of the assigned District Judge.
