All confidentiality designations and protections of the Consent Protective Order, (Doc. 30 ), as modified by the March 12, 2026 Order, (Doc. 170 ), remain in full force and effect and extend to the State Action. This order shall authorize Plaintiffs to use materials as authorized in this courts order for Defendants, (see Doc. 170 at 2-3), and that Order, (Doc. 170 ), is amended to include Plaintiffs. 3. All parties, counsel, and witnesses in the State Action are subject to the terms of this court's Consent Protective Order as modified, (see Docs. 30 , 170 ). (lg)
