Pretrial factual discovery is extended to 11/30/2026. If no expert discovery is conducted, dispositive motions shall be filed by 12/23/2026. If expert discovery is conducted, dispositive motions shall be filed by 4/9/2027. By copy of this Order, the Clerk shall reschedule the arbitration from a date in December 2026 to February 2027.
