ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO VACATE PRETRIAL DEADLINE AND FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (ECF NO. 62).
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Defendant's Motion to Vacate Pretrial Deadline and for Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 62 ) is GRANTED.
2. Plaintiff shall file response to this Order by October 2, 2026, showing cause, if any, why plaintiff should not be sanctioned for violating the Courts 05/12/2026 Order and 06/30/26 Order, and for failing to retain counsel in this case. Plaintiff shall include all efforts made to retain new counsel and reasons, if any, why those efforts have not been successful.
3. The current Joint Pretrial Order deadline is VACATED.
4. Plaintiffs failure to show cause as directed by the Court or to otherwise comply with this Order may lead sanctions that include the dismissal of plaintiff's claims.
