Status Report Order 1 - Terminate Deadlines
ORDER. In light of the extension to produce discovery granted on 7/31/2026, the deadline to file a discovery status letter on 8/6/2026 is extended to 8/18/2026. Counsel should indicate if discovery is concluded, but if it is not, counsel should identify any remaining discovery. Counsel should also propose a date for the submission of a joint pretrial order consistent with the individual rules of the District Judge and the Order at ECF No. 131 . The parties are encouraged to participate in Court-annexed mediation. They may request a referral by filing a joint letter request. To the extent that financial concerns are preventing their participation in mediation, they may request a mediation fee waiver in whole or part by submitting a letter request to the Court.
