TEXT ORDER The Court previously directed the parties to advise whether they objected to the Court administratively terminating the pending Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Oliver Communications Group, Inc., (ECF No. 28), pending completion of briefing in Civil Action No. 23-22694. (ECF No. 49). Plaintiffs consented to administrative termination, (ECF No. 50), and Defendant did not file any objection. Accordingly, Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, (ECF No. 28), is hereby ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED. The Court will reinstate the Motion after briefing is complete in Civil Action No. 23-22694, or upon further order of the Court. So Ordered by Judge Christine P. O'Hearn on July 7, 2026. (bf, )
