PAPERLESS ORDER Granting 70 Unopposed Motion of All Plaintiffs and Non-Parties Eric S. Hulli, Martin E. Hajtmacher, and Paula Cupchan, Adopting the Amended Complaint, for Relief Under Rules 21, 20, or 24. Rule 20(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requires that a joinable party's claims "aris[e] out of the same transaction or occurrence, or series of transactions or occurrences," where some common question of law or fact underlies all parties to be joined. Alexander v. Fulton Cty., 207 F.3d 1303, 1323 (11th Cir. 2000). Generally, "[u]nder the Rules, the impulse is toward entertaining the broadest possible scope of action consistent with fairness to the parties." United Mine Workers of Am. v. Gibbs, 383 U.S. 715, 724 (1966). Hence, this Court has "broad discretion to join parties." Swan v. Ray, 293 F.3d 1252, 1253 (11th Cir. 2002) (per curiam). Now, as before 51 , joinder is appropriate. Accordingly, the Amended Complaint 35 is hereby ADOPTED as to the newly joined Plaintiffs Eric S. Hulli, Martin E. Hajtmacher, and Paula Cupchan. No further amended complaint is required.
