Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER granting in part, Defendant's 16 Agreed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Respond to Complaint (the "Motion"). While the instant Motion was filed before Defendant EMJO, Inc.'s response was due, the Motion fails to set forth in detail why there is "good cause" pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b)(1) for an extension.
However, the Court has already extended the Defendants' deadline to file a response. See ECF No. 13. Therefore, in anticipation of the Defendants filing a joint response in compliance with Judge Williams' Practices and Procedures, see ECF No. 4 , the Motion is GRANTED IN PART. Defendants shall file their response to the Complaint on or before June 29, 2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge Enjolique A. Lett on 6/5/2026. (ncn)
