Counter Defendant Lugo requested that Defendants consider withdrawing the counterclaims against him considering the parties' deposition testimony. Defendants' counsel to consider whether to do so. If Defendants persist in the counterclaims, Counter Defendant Lungo may imitate dispositive motion practice with respect to the counterclaim consistent with the Court's Rules on or before 8/28/2026.The parties are strongly encouraged to discuss settlement.
