Order to Show Cause
ORDER FOR PLAINTIFF TO SHOW CAUSE -- IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT on or before the expiration of 21 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE and explain why all remaining claims against James Oliveros should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); McCullough v. Lynaugh, 835 F.2d 1126, 1127 (5th Cir. 1988) (recognizing a district courts authority to dismiss a case sua sponte under Rule 41(b) for want of prosecution or failure to follow a court order). If Plaintiff desires to continue her case against Defendant James Oliveros, she should likewise file her response to Defendant James Oliveross Motion for Summary Judgment, Dkt.
