Order on Motion to Alter Judgment Order on Motion for Reconsideration
MINUTE ORDER (by docket entry only). Motions for reconsideration should be granted only when there is discovery of new evidence, an intervening change in the controlling law, or the need to correct a clear error of law or fact. Budlong v. Graham, 488 F. Supp. 2d 1245, 1247 (N.D. Ga. 2006). Upon review of Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration and to Alter Judgment, [Doc. 46], the Court finds that Plaintiff has not met this standard. Plaintiff does not present any new evidence or intervening change of law, and the Court perceives no clear error in its September 18, 2026 Order, [Doc. 44]. Accordingly, the Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment and for Reconsideration [Doc. 46]. Approved and entered by District Judge Eleanor L. Ross on 10/2/26. (mlb)
