   TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' pre-motion letters, D.Es. 5 and 6 , concerning Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) and Plaintiff's request to stay this action pending Diana v. LVNV Funding LLC (N.J. Sup. Ct. Docket No. 089939). The Court will not hold a pre-motion conference at this time.
   
   Defendant's request to impose a deadline for Plaintiff to amend in advance of the motions is DENIED. Defendants may file a motion to dismiss, and Plaintiff may file a motion to stay. The parties are directed to meet and confer regarding a proposed briefing schedule and submit a joint proposed schedule to the Court by 7/15/2026. So Ordered by Judge Evelyn Padin on 7/9/2026. (bt)

In light of the delay in scheduling the expert depositions, the motion is granted, on consent. Expert depositions shall be completed by 8/14/2026. All expert discovery shall be completed by 9/11/2026, and the deadline to file a joint status report on ECF certifying the close of all discovery is 9/21/2026.
