IN CHAMBERS- ORDER RE: DEPOSITION TESTIMONY IN LIEU OF LIVE TESTIMONY AT TRIAL by Judge Consuelo B. Marshall: The Court ordered the parties to lodge deposition transcripts for any deposition testimony to be offered at trial in lieu of live testimony marked pursuant to L.R. 16-2.7 and file/lodge a proposed order re: objections to any deposition designations no later than June 16, 2026. (Dkt. No. 63.) No deposition transcripts or proposed orders re objections to deposition designations were lodged/filed. Therefore, the Court understands no deposition testimony will be offered at trial in lieu of live testimony. If the Court's understanding is inco1Tect, the parties must promptly notify the Court in writing. (es)
