Text Order ~Util - Terminate Motions
TEXT ORDER - Presently before the Court are motions in limine filed by both parties. See ECF Nos. 80, 86. A court may reserve decision on such motions until trial. See Failla v. George's Foods, LLC, No. 22-7109, 2023 WL 7298473, at *3 (D.N.J. Nov. 6, 2023). In anticipation of trial in this matter, within thirty (30) days of this order, the parties shall meet and confer and submit to the Court proposed availability for trial in 2027. Pending the parties' advisement as to potential trial dates, the Court will administratively terminate these motions (ECF Nos. 80, 86). So Ordered by Judge Claire C. Cecchi on 8/20/2026. (jl, )
