3 - Set Ripe Deadline
EO: The court had previously granted Plaintiffs' request to supplement their 103 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. See Dkt. No. 144. Plaintiffs have now filed their supplemental memorandum. See Dkt. No. 147. Pursuant to the court's prior Order, Dkt. No. 144, the parties submitted a stipulated status report and proposed briefing schedule. See Dkt. No. 148. Having reviewed the parties' joint report and stipulation, the court ORDERS as follows:
1. Any opposition to Plaintiffs' 147 Supplemental Memorandum shall be filed no later than July 15, 2026. Any reply shall be filed by July 29, 2026.
2. Any response to Defendant Real Estate Delivery 2, Inc.'s 111 Motion for Summary Judgment, by any party that has not yet responded shall be filed no later than July 10, 2026. Any reply shall be filed by July 24, 2026.
After receipt of the parties' briefs, the court will decide whether to set a hearing. IT IS SO ORDERED.
