Order
ORDER - It is hereby ORDERED that: 1. In addition to the matters referred to the Special Master in ECF Nos. 248 and 430 , the Court may, in its discretion, refer particular additional pretrial, trial-related, post-trial, procedural, case-management, or other matters to the Special Master. For each matter so referred, the Special Master shall undertake the role specified by the Court, which may include managing the matter, facilitating its informal resolution, adjudicating it, or making findings and recommendations, subject to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 53 and any limitations stated in the referring direction. Unless the Court's referring direction expressly provides otherwise, the duties, terms, procedures, review standards,communications provisions, record requirements, and compensation terms set forth in the Order Appointing a Special Discovery Master, (ECF No. 248 ), shall apply. 2. Any party objecting to this amendment SHALL file its objection within seven (7) days of the date of this Order. This amendment SHALL take effect upon the expiration of that period unless the Court orders otherwise after considering any timely objection. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 53(b)(4). 3. All other provisions of the Order Appointing a Special Discovery Master, (ECF No. 248 ), and the Order dated July 17, 2026, (ECF No. 430 ), remain in full force and effect. It is so ORDERED.
