NOTICE TO COUNSEL OF EXHIBIT DISPOSAL re 156 Court's Exhibit list - court, 94 Plaintiff's Exhibit List 95 Defendant's Exhibit List. The court is in possession of exhibits from the Jury Trial held May 5-9, 2014 before Judge Wm. Terrell Hodges. Counsel have 14 days to contact the courtroom deputy (Anita_Chenevert@flmd.uscourts.gov) to arrange for removal of the parties exhibits. Counsel shall also notify the court as to why the court should retain the physical copy of the Court exhibit (Exhibit 6). Failure to contact the court will result in the exhibits being disposed of pursuant to Local Rules. (AKC)
