The Court sets the following case schedule: Deadline to Amend Pleadings and Add Parties is July 24, 2026. Fact discovery is to be completed by March 31, 2027. Dispositive Motions are due by May 31, 2027. Joint Alternate Dispute Resolution Report is due thirty days following decision on summary judgment. Plaintiff's expert disclosures and reports are due thirty days following decision on summary judgment. Defendants' expert disclosures and reports are due thirty days following Plaintiff's expert disclosures and reports. Plaintiff's rebuttal expert reports are due thirty days following Defendants' expert disclosures. The Court will set a date for the pretrial conference and trial after resolution of dispositive motions or after the deadline for dispositive motions has passed if no motions are filed.
