ORDER: This case has been referred into the Court's Mediation Program (Doc. 17). The Scheduling Order directed the parties to select a mediator and file a stipulation with the Court regarding their selection by June 17, 2026. (see Doc. 20). To date, the parties have failed comply with this deadline. Accordingly, the Court will extend this deadline until July 8, 2026 to select a mediator and file a stipulation with the Court. The parties are cautioned, however, that if they fail to comply with this deadline, the Court will select the mediator for parties. The Court's approved form for selecting a mediator can be found here: www.ilsd.uscourts.gov/Mediation/MediationMain.aspx (see also Doc. 17, containing hyperlink to the Court's Mediation Program tab).
