MINUTE entry before the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama: On 1/11/2026, the Court denied Plaintiff's in forma pauperis (IFP) application and ordered Plaintiff to either pay the $405 filing fee or file an amended motion for leave to proceed IFP 14 . The Court warned Plaintiff that failure to file an amended IFP application or pay the filing fee by this deadline may result in dismissal of the lawsuit. To date, Plaintiff has neither paid the filing fee or filed an amended IFP application. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this case without prejudice for failure to pay the filing fee and for failure to comply with Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); see Dietz v.
