(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Counsel for Plaintiff Mara Ventures LLC, Thomas Sands, has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel, which is noticed for hearing on September 18. Dkt. No. 46. Sands previously stated that Plaintiff would be transitioning the case to new counsel, James Astuno, who had indicated that he would be available to appear beginning on August 15. Dkt. No. 43 at 4. To avoid unnecessary delay, (1) if Astuno still intends to represent Plaintiff, he shall promptly (and no later than August 24, 2026) file a request to substitute and (2) if Defendant opposes withdrawal or substitution of Plaintiff's counsel, as the motion appears to suggest, it shall file any opposition no later than August 26, 2026.
