Text Order
TEXT ORDER: Any in limine motion not filed by September 8, 2026, will not be addressed before the commencement of trial. On June 22, 2026, Judge Kirsch entered a Pretrial Scheduling Order making explicit that any motions in limine would need to be filed "[t]hirty (30) days before trial." (ECF No. 65 at 1). To date, only Defendant Charlotte Lewis has filed a timely motion in limine, in which Defendant requests a "legal ruling that the Plaintiffs are 'limited purpose public figures.'" (ECF No. 94 ). Consequently, no additional motions in limine will be considered pretrial. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Justin T. Quinn on 9/15/2026. (eh, )
