TEXT ORDER. The court has been informed that the minor settlement in this case was heard in state court on June 30, 2026, and the orders approving settlement and appointing the plaintiff as Guardian ad Litem of the minor child were filed in state court on July 1, 2026. Thus, contemporaneously with the filing of this text order, the undersigned is filing a Rubin order dismissing the instant action without prejudice to the right of either party to reinstate if the settlement is not consummated within sixty (60) days.
