TEXT ORDER: The Court extended additional time to the Plaintiff to make service of this Complaint, but the Plaintiff has not yet, either filed proof of service or shown good cause for failing to make service. He was warned that the failure to do so could result in the case being dismissed. In addition, mail has been returned as undeliverable, and the Plaintiff has not complied with LR 205 which requires pro se parties to maintain up to date addresses with the Court.
