MEDIATION REFERRAL ORDER FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES. This case, involving personal injury claims, has been assigned to this Court for all purposes. In the Court's experience, cases involving premises, motor vehicle, FELA, and FTCA claims often benefit from early mediation.
