The Court finds Third-Party Defendant Network Partners Int'l., LLC's Motion to Dismiss Third-Party Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Failure to State any Claims for Relief Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(6) ("Motion") suitable for decision without oral argument. (Dkt. No. 139.) Therefore, on its own motion, the Court VACATES the noticed hearing on the Motion set for October 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. See C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15 ("The Court may dispense with oral argument on any motion except where an oral hearing is required by statute, the [Federal Rules of Civil Procedure] or these Local Rules.").
