The parties are ORDERED to meet and confer virtually or in person by no later than September 23, 2026, regarding the relevant videos they wish to present to the Court. By September 30, 2026, the parties shall deliver a thumb drive with the relevant videos, each one sufficiently labeled to allow the Court to easily identify the content of the video (e.g., "Pursuit by Trooper X").
