   Before the Court is the parties' stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice, dated July 7, 2026. (ECF No. 35). In the stipulation, the parties request that the Court retain jurisdiction over this matter for the purpose of enforcement of the settlement. The Court declines to retain jurisdiction to enforce a confidential settlement agreement. See Maria v. Pressler & Pressler, LLP, No. 16-CV-8623 (VSB), 2017 WL 11935800, at *1 (S.D.N.Y. Dec. 13, 2017). For the Court to retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement, the parties shall place the terms of the settlement in the public record by submitting a copy of the settlement agreement for the Court to endorse or incorporating the terms of the settlement agreement in the stipulation of voluntary dismissal. If the parties do not wish the Court to retain jurisdiction to enforce the settlement, they may remove the pertinent language from the stipulation. By no later than August 7, 2026, the parties are directed to either place the terms of the settlement in the public record or submit a revised stipulation of voluntary dismissal.
