ORDER - The Court, being duly advised, finds that Defendants Anderson and IndyGo's Response at Docket 82 was timely filed, and GRANTS their motion [Dkt. 81 ] to file instanter their response to Plaintiff's motions for sanctions. The Court also finds that Defendant Cletus Jones' Response at Docket 85-1 was timely filed and therefore GRANTS his motion for leave to file instanter his response in opposition to Plaintiff's motions for sanctions. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to docket Defendant Jones' Response to Plaintiff's Motions for Sanctions [Dkt. 85 -1]. And because the Court grants Defendant Jones' motion to file instanter his response, his motion for extension of time to respond to Plaintiff's motions for sanctions [Dkt. 79 ] is DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff shall have fourteen days from the date of this Order to file any reply in support of his motions for sanctions. (See Order.) Copies distributed per distribution List.
