   Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Frederic Block: Max Gershenoff, Esq. for the plaintiff; Steven Harfenist, Esq. for defendant Starr Medical and Marlena Smith, Esq. and by telephone Ruth Kraft, Esq. for defendant Dr. Imam, all present. Pre-motion conference held on 9/9/2026. Defendant Star Medicals anticipated motion to vacate the preliminary injunction prohibiting the Star defendants from prosecuting in State court and arbitration for payment of no-fault claims was discussed. This case does not require a joint pre-trial order. Jury selection and trial is scheduled for 2/1/26 @ 10 am. If the defendants still wish to pursue their motion, then by September 16, 2026 counsel shall file a letter with their agreed upon briefing schedule. Counsel may modify their agreed upon briefing schedule without court approval. Counsel shall file a letter notifying the Court of their modified agreed upon briefing schedule.
