ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiffs' status report 89 , requesting leave to file a motion for default against Defendants by 7/6/2026 in the event counsel for Defendants does not enter a notice of appearance by that date. In light of the representation that Defense counsel has not yet been retained and the Court's previous finding that Plaintiffs should be permitted to move for default judgment given Defendants' failure to comply with Court orders and discovery obligations, the request is granted. See Order, ECF 85 . By 7/6/2026, the Court permits Plaintiffs to move for default judgment against Defendants; however, should counsel enter an appearance for any Defendant, then Plaintiffs are directed to file a status report regarding case status and anticipated next steps by the same date.
