Chief District Judge Denise J. Casper: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered re 305 Motion to Amend. Having considered Plaintiff BlueRadios, Inc.'s motion to alter the Court's prior scheduling order (D. 296), D. 305, Defendants HBSR's opposition to same, D. 308, BlueRadios, Inc.'s supplement, D. 310, and the Court's ruling on the motion to compel, D. 312, the Court ALLOWS the motion to the following extent. Given that the Court now has compelled HBSR to produce additional discovery, the deadlines that followed that production and the initial pretrial conference set for September 9, 2026 shall be altered. Accordingly, this Court refers the resolution of the new dates to Chief Magistrate Judge Levenson after discussion with counsel at the upcoming status conference on August 19, 2026. D. 309. (SEC)
