TEXT ORDER The Court has reviewed Defendant Somerset County Department of Human Services' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 7). The Court notes that pro se Plaintiffs Tanisha Smith and N.I.V. Within fourteen (14) days of the entry of this Order, Plaintiffs are directed to file their brief in opposition to the pending motion, if any, which shall also set forth whether Plaintiffs' delay in opposing was the result of excusable neglect. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1)(B). Failure to respond accordingly may result in dismissal of Plaintiffs' Complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(f)(1)(C) and 41(b). So Ordered by Judge Karen M. Williams on 5/29/25. (nar)
