ORDER RE STIPULATION OF JUDGMENT AND DISMISSAL OF NORTHFIELD'S CAUSES OF ACTION FOR REIMBURSEMENT UNDER BUSS; AND REIMBURSEMENT UNDER BLUE RIDGE 28 by Judge John F. Walter. TST Brothers shall assume and take over the full defense of the Underlying Action at their own costs and expense, effective as of the date of this Order, and shall release Northfield from any other further obligation to provide a defense in connection with the Underlying Action. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs incurred in this action. (iv)
