ORDER of USCA as to 109 Notice of Appeal filed by DAILY FEED & GRAIN INC. (USCA #26-1105) - IT IS ORDERED that this appeal is REMANDED to the district court to enter a judgment that fully and correctly implements its decisions. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(a). This court will retain jurisdiction over this appeal. Once the district court has corrected its judgment, this appeal will proceed to briefing. An amended notice of appeal is unnecessary if the judgment is corrected to reflect "what actually happened." Grunt Style, 140 F.4th at 848 (citing Mosley v. Atchison, 689 F.3d 838, 842-43 (7th Cir. 2012)).
