ORDER (Granting Motion to Remand; Denying as Moot Defendant's Motion to Dismiss) This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff RCA Laboratory Services, LLC's ("Plaintiff") Motion to Remand to State Court (ECF No. 5 ("Motion") and the parties' joint Stipulation to Remand Removed Action. (ECF No. 8 .) Finding good cause, and since both parties agree that this matter should be remanded, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion (ECF No. 5 ) and REMANDS this case to the Circuit Court of Henrico County, with each party to pay their own costs and fees related to the removal and remand. In light of the Court's decision to remand this case, the Court DENIES AS MOOT Defendant Ind-Ormond, Inc.'s previously filed Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 2 ).
