ORDER: Nordic Trust is a limited liability company ("LLC"). In federal court, a non-natural person is not permitted to proceed pro se. Accordingly, within 28 days of the date this order is filed, Nordic Trust must obtain counsel and cause counsel to enter a written appearance with the clerk of this court. If Nordic Trust fails to do so, its defenses will be stricken without further prior notice, and the court will conduct further proceedings, such as entry of a default judgment, in accordance with law.
