Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE: In light of the parties' stipulation of dismissal, the above case caption is hereby closed. So Ordered by Judge Sanket J. Bulsara on 6/5/2026. (EM)
Order(Other)
ORDER: The parties' stipulation of dismissal 29 is so ordered. As noted in the Court's Individual Practices, the Court typically does not retain jurisdiction to enforce settlement agreements—and indeed may often lack the jurisdiction to do so—and should parties wish the Court to retain jurisdiction, they must, among other things, file a joint motion asking the Court to do so, file a public copy of the settlement agreement on the docket, and explain why the Court should retain jurisdiction to enforce. See Individual Practices § III(I). None of that was done. The Court strikes the portion of the stipulation of dismissal requiring the Court to retain jurisdiction. So Ordered by Judge Sanket J. Bulsara on 6/2/2026. (RB)
