Minute Order
MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy G. Michel for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 11/1/2023: On October 31, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation for Dismissal and Proposed Order under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a). See ECF No. 80 . On October 10, 2023, the Court issued an Order advising all parties that this action will remain stayed pending resolution of the bankruptcy proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. The Court further advised all parties that may submit a renewed request to dismiss this case should the Bankruptcy Court lift the stay. See ECF No. 79 . The parties have not indicated that the bankruptcy proceeding has resolved or that the stay has otherwise been lifted by the Bankruptcy Court. For that reason, and pursuant to the analysis in the Court's 79 Order, the parties 80 Stipulation for Dismissal is DENIED. IT IS SO ORDERED. [TEXT ONLY ENTRY] (Michel, G.)
