It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment, ECF No. 75 in Case No. 24-CV-3416, is DENIED as to Defendant Press Release Ventures LLC but remains pending against all other named Defendants. Finally, it is further ORDERED that Defendant Press Release Ventures LLC's request for relief from Local Civil Rule 7(g), ECF No. 84 -1, at 14-15 in Case No. 24-CV-2756, is DENIED as moot because the court's consolidation order, ECF No. 77 in Case No. 24-CV-2756, has relieved all Defendants of the obligation to respond to the complaints until the court has issued a decision on the forthcoming Rule 12 motion.
