ORDER GRANTING GUARDIAN AD LITEM'S PETITION TO WITHDRAW FUNDS FROM BLOCKED ACCOUNT 67 by Judge Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha: The court hereby GRANTS Saldivar's Petition as modified herein and ORDERS as follows: 1. Wells Fargo Bank is ORDERED to issue a check in the amount of $7,268.00 with funds from Wells Fargo Bank Account No. ending in 5172, payable to Cushman & Wakefield for the purpose of paying for Kathryn Glover's rent at 110 SE 188th Ave., Apt. 4, Portland, OR 97233. Wells Fargo Bank is further ORDERED to mail the check to Cushman & Wakefield at 200 SW Market St., Suite 200, Portland, OR 97201, withinseven (7) days of receipt of service of this Order. 2. The court ORDERS Solomon, Saltsman & Jamieson, who served as counsel for P.D. and Saldivar, as the personal representative of the Estate of Nila Hamilton, to serve this Order on Wells Fargo Bank forthwith, and by no later than seven (7) days of the date of this Order. 3. Within 30 days of the date of this Order, Saldivar shall file with the court documentation of the rent payment made with the authorized funds.4. Glover is ORDERED to make payments in the amount of at least $100.00 per month to Saldivar to repay the amount withdrawn from the blocked account, totaling $7,268.00, until that amount is fully repaid. 5. Saldivar is ORDERED to deposit Glovers monthly payments into the Wells Fargo Bank Account No. ending in 5172 promptly upon receipt. (lc)
